A few days ago, Yingkou City League Municipal Committee organized a college student social research practice, invited students from major colleges and universities to my group to visit research activities.

On July 22, 2019, students from Northeastern University, China University of Geosciences, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tianjin Institute of Chemical Technology and other universities, led by Gao Mingyu, secretary of the Communist Party Committee of Dashiqiao City, were invited to the Blue and White Golden Bridge Magnesium Brick Factory. Deputy factory director Xin Qinghui warmly received and led the guests to visit the robot and CNC monitoring room of the molding workshop. The students listened with great interest to Director Xin's explanation of the tunnel kiln control system. According to what they have learned, they have exchanged and learned with technical staff.

Then, the guests came to Liaoning Blue and White Refractory Research and Design Institute, institute of engineer Shi Yanru and laboratory leader Wang Ping warmly received the students. Laboratory Bao Zhonghai led the students to visit the advanced equipment of the laboratory, and explained its working principle and function.

In the exhibition hall of the group, Wan Juqiu, director of production, told the students about the history of blue and white and the performance and use of various refractory products.

The students carefully studied the development concept of blue and white technology research and development leading the future, and they said that through this practical activity, they have outlined the blueprint for their future graduation direction.

Group Youth League Committee secretary Wang Yi accompanied the whole visit. On behalf of the group, she said that she welcomed all major universities to exchange and learn from each other, and thanked the Youth League Municipal Committee for building a bridge between enterprises and university students. Blue and White has always been adhering to the scientific concept of "science and technology as the guide, research and development as the driving force", the group's Liaoning Blue and white Refractory Research and Design Institute is a provincial scientific research institution integrating scientific research, testing, training and other functions, and has been rated as "National small and medium-sized enterprises public service demonstration platform", and has been committed to the research and development and production of new refractory products for many years. Previously, it has jointly studied the development of magnesite and the upgrading of raw materials and the research and development of chromium-free products with the University of Science and Technology Liaoning, and jointly researched and developed with the University of Science and Technology Beijing and Northeastern University. This time, through the practical activities of college students, further enhance the mutual understanding and learning opportunities of both sides, firmly seize the excellent human resources of college students, give full play to the advantages of scientific research and production integration, build blue and white scientific research into the world's first-class level in the same industry, and make due contributions to the integration of production, learning and research in the resistant material industry.
